As a physical therapist, clinical instructor and amateur athlete, Walden enjoys working with runners, rock climbers, and other athletes of all backgrounds (novice to elite). His experience in physiotherapy includes: intensive care unit, nephrology, geriatrics, orthopedic surgery, cardiology, emergency medicine, neurology, and outpatient orthopedics.

His goals for his clients are threefold:

  1. Thorough assessment of clients’ musculoskeletal complaints.

  2. Provision of multiple strategies to address issues.

  3. Develop the ability to self-regulate/initiate biofeedback.
